| Abstract: | This paper takes the Ningbo electronic school as an example,aging,the knowledge structure of face in the transition process through the analysis of secondary school upgraded higher vocational teacher identity after replacement of the backward ideas,weak awareness of scientific research,using the method of theory analysis and practice of combining the investigation,put forward the feasible countermeasure of its current situation facing. |
