| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种电连接器防尘盖模具结构特点和工作过程。选择合适分型位置，满足了塑件的质量要求。采用注射模具制造塑件，然后再加工塑件端部的侧孔，避免了采用侧向抽芯结构，有效地简化了模具的设计、制造，降低了模具的成本。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the structural features and design process of the electric connector dustproof cover mould. Using special parting line could meet the products quality requirements. Manufacturing plastic products with the injection mould and producing holes on the side of the plastic products end afterwards could avoid using side core-puUing structure and could effectively simplify the mould design and manufacture which will reduce the cost of the mould. |
