高职生职业核心能力的现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:高职生职业核心能力的培养是高职院校内涵建设的必然要求,符合企业职业化人才的需求,是实现高职生顺利就业的根本条件。目前高职生的职业沟通能力、团队合作能力、自我管理能力等职业基础核心能力欠缺,解决实际问题和积极学习等职业拓展核心能力薄弱,领导力与执行力等职业延伸核心能力有待开发。影响高职生职业核心能力培养的因素主要有课程体系、高职生自我认知和校园文化等三个因素。

Abstract:Professional core ability of higher vocational students is the necessary requirement of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges, in line with the enterprise professional talented person's demand, is the essential condition to realize the smooth employment of higher vocational students. Current higher vocational students professional communication skills and team cooperation ability and self management ability based core professional skills, to solve practical problems, and actively learning and professional development core competence, professional extends core competencies such as leadership and execution to be exploited, affect the professional core ability training of higher vocational students are the major factors of curriculum system, self- perception and the three factors such as the campus culture of higher vocational students.
