| 摘 要： | 以浙江万里学院188名女大学生为研究对象,对健美操教学中融入艺术体操元素的效果进行了实验和对比。研究结果表明：将艺术体操元素融入到健美操教学中,不仅有利于学生的身心健康,对普通高校体育教学课的改革与发展也有积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Based on 188 female college students as research object,this article made an experiment in the integration of aerobics and artistic gymnastics and then compared the teaching effectiveness.The study result shows that the new teaching method can help not only improve the students' health,but also promote the reformation and development of physical education in universities. |
