| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省工科在校大学生进行问卷调查,本文汇总了工科大学生的能力需求、学校在培养学生能力方面存在的问题和学生对学校能力培养提出的建议。问卷分析的结果是工科大学生最注重社会适应能力和专业实践能力,而这也正是学校培养的薄弱环节。在此基础上提出了提高教师能力、为学生增加社会实践机会、对学生的社团活动进行指导和开设提高综合能力的讲座或课程等提高工科大学生能力的具体措施,旨在对河南省工科大学生和学校的培养措施提供指导和参考。
