| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法及实地访谈法对《全运会信息专刊》为内蒙古备战第11届全运会进行了分析。从多个维度剖析《专刊》服务性的基本特征与作用。《专刊》服务性的基本特征表现为：信息化、决策化、基础化、专业化、科学化。据此提出《专刊》＂信息保驾护航＂的重要服务效应。
