| 摘 要： | 学生党支部设置必须纳入高校党组织设置范畴；必须对照条件，遵守有关规定，便于管理；必须坚持连续性与非连续性的统一。科学、规范、合理地设置学生党支部，有利于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作和学生管理工作，有利于发挥学生党组织的战斗堡垒作用和学生党员的先锋模范作用。
