| 摘 要： | 开展青少年公民教育已成为世界各国教育工作者共同关注的课题。全球化进程中的中国公民教育要在我国国情基础上开阔视野，注重公民权利与义务的平衡教育。公民教育的内容中应当补充国际理解教育、科学教育、公民资格教育等。要注意正确认识当前导致青少年道德问题的根源，整合各种力量，运用各种手段，尤其是借助现代奥运会这一途径推动公民教育的发展。

| Abstract: | The adolescents' citizenship education has become one of the most commonly concerned themes of the educaors all over the world. On the ground of the China's situation, the cirizenship education should have a widened perspective, pay attention to the balenced education between citizens' rights and obligations. Such contents as internationalunderstanding education, scientific education and civic qualification education should be added. The educators should correctly realize the sources that lead to the adolescents' moral problems,and try to intergrate all kinds of forces, make use of various means, to facilitate the development of the citizenship education especially with the help of the modern Olympic Games. |
