| 摘 要： | 当代大学生的职业现发生了很大变化，本文着重分析了影响高校艰苦专业学生就业特点的根源，提出了艰苦专业学生树立正确职业观的对策思考。通过对高校艰苦专业学生职业观的研究，引导教育艰苦专业学生树立正确的职业观。适应就业形势，满足社会需要。

| Abstract: | Great changes have taken place in the occupational concept of college students recently. The essay focuses on the analysis of the causes to the employment characteristics of college students majoring in arduous occupations. It also puts forward some countermeasures to build a correct occupational concept for the students. Through the study on the occupational concept of arduous professional students, it guides them and helps them establish a correct concept of employment, adapt the situation of employment-and satisfy the needs of the community. |
