| 摘 要： | 魏源在国家内忧外患的情势下,针对财政危机等社会实际问题,提出了对内改革、对外开放的主张。在对内改革方面,改革漕运、治河、盐政等关系国家命脉的大政,开源节流,以增加财政收入;在对外开放方面,以“师夷长技以制夷”为口号,开创了近代倡导改革开放、引进西方先进科学技术和思想文化的新风尚,对后世产生了深远的影响。魏源的改革开放思想对于我们今天的社会主义现代化建设仍然具有十分积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | During the period of China's social sharp transformation,Wei Yuan put forward the reformation and opening thought according to the social problems such as the financial crisis.On the reformation he reformed the things such as water-transporting,river-controlling and salt-administration connected on the country's life line,augmented financial income in order to pare down expenses.On the opening,he initiated the idea of "learning the foreign advanced technologies to defeat the foreigners",inaugurated a new fashion that advocated reformation and opening and introduced the advanced technology,conception and culture from the west,which had a far-reaching effect on the posterity.Wei Yuan's reforming and opening thought also has a positive referential significance to the socialist modernization construction of our country. |
