| 摘 要： | 本文从人的目的与主观意志两概念出发,引伸出社会系统这一“抽象人”的整体目的与主观意志的概念,分析了社会系统多重目的矛盾性及在社会行为中的作用.将社会系统实践所发生的主观活动全过程称为管理,将形成主现意志的过程称为决策,将领导者制订决策并组织社会系统实现目标的主观行为过程叫领导.本文同时给出了管理系统、决策系统和领导系统的概念,最后认定,目的论是管理科学的理论前提.

| Abstract: | Social system, the conception of "abstract person" 's entire purpose and subjective will, is developed from individual purpose and subjective will. The contradiction character of the social system's muti-purpose and the system's function in social behavior are analysised. The subjective activities before the practice of social system are defmited as management. The procedure of the formation of subjective will is called decision making while that of subjective activities by which leaders the purpose is called leadership, in the mean time, the conception of management system, decision making system and leadership system are introduced At the end, it is concluded that teleology is the theoretical premise of management science. |
