浅析优化高校整体性人才资源的结构

摘    要::高校人事管理工作的目的 ,是谋求人与事之间的配合协调 ,通过人事管理 ,做到人事求才 ,因才适用 ,科学地调整好人与人、人与事之间的相互关系。本文围绕高校改革与发展的目标 ,把提高个体素质、注重整体组合作为高校优化整体性人才资源结构的出发点 ;从年龄、智能、思维、知识结构上论证整体性人才资源结构的组成 ;提出了整体 ,“能位”、动态等整体性人才资源的协调原则 ;最后结合高校工作实际 ,提出了优化整体性人才资源结构的对策 ,以使高校人事工作更主动地为高校的改革和发展提供人才保证

Abstract:The purpose of personal management in college and university is to make the coordination between men and matters, so that we can use the best fitted talent, scientifically adjust the relationship between men and men, men and matters. According to the aim of reform and development of college and university, this article shares promoting individual level of competence, stressing the multiple combination as the starting point with the best use of whole talent source's structure of college and university. It demonstrates the combination of whole talent source's structure of college and university from age, intelligence, thought, knowledge structure and then puts forward the coordinated principles such as the whole, position of ability, trend etc. It concludes the countermeasures of the whole talent source's structure of college and university according to the reality of college and university, so that the personal affairs of college and university can make better talent's guarantee service initiatively for the reform and development of college and university.
