| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法，就目前CBA职业篮球联赛外援统一选秀的机制进行分析和探讨。指出该机制在组织过程、附加条款以及管理水平等方面存在着一些不足，并提出建议，希望能为CBA的外援引进和管理工作提供参考。
