大学生耐力跑互动锻炼法效应研究

摘    要:通过在大学体育教育过程中实施耐久跑互动锻炼法的实验,运用自我锻炼的运动处方和"5min跑距"自我激励的反馈法锻炼等方法进行实验研究,结果表明,实验组学生耐力素质明显提高,耐久跑对提高学生心肺功能,改善学生健康状况具有明显的健身效应。

Abstract:Endurance run mutual exercises were carried out with self training and "five minute racing distance" self stimulation. The result proved that the students of the experimental group had better endurance than the contrast one. Endurance run was good for the students' cardiopulmonary function and physical health.
