新加坡汉语拼音教学若干问题的辩证

摘    要:汉语拼音教学在新加坡进行了近40年,然而很多教学者对是否应该运用拼读法、是否应该及早进行,以及是否应该分词连写等问题的认识尚不够清楚。从中国汉语拼音教学的经验、新加坡学生的拼读能力以及汉语拼音的性质等方面来看,拼读法在教学上比整体认读法更简便,更适应教学对象,是充分发挥汉语拼音功用的切实选择;从第二语言习得规律、拼音教学与汉字教学的关系等方面来看,汉语拼音教学越早进行,就越能发挥其帮助汉语、汉字学习的功用;从第二语言学习者的语感基础、人脑对汉语语码的解读规律以及世界拼音文字普遍分词连写的现状等方面来看,分词连写有助于学习者划定意义单位,以更准确地理解语句、建立词的概念和提高阅读速度。

Abstract:It has been about forty years since the implementation of Hanyu Pinyin teaching in Singapore.However,the questions for most educators are whether spelling method should be adopted,or should it be taught at an early age,and whether combined spelling for Chinese words should be adopted.Analysing from the experiences of Hanyu Pinyin teaching in China,spelling ability of Singaporean and the nature of Hanyu Pinyin,the spelling method is easier and simpler to be used than "say-it-directly" method.This method is more suitable for students and most practical approach to maximize its roles and performance.From the aspects of the second language acquisition rules,and the relation between the teaching of Hanyu Pinyin and Chinese Characters,it could maximize its roles and performance to help learners to study Chinese and Chinese Characters if Hanyu Pinyin is taught at an early age.Analysing from the second language learners' phonemic awareness,the cognitive interpretation of Chinese code and the current situations that global alphabetic languages are commonly written by combined spelling,combined spelling for Chinese words is helpful for learners to arrange the semantic unit so that they could understand the meaning of sentences,form the concept of vocabulary(ci,词) and increase the speed of reading.
