| 摘 要： | 在中国法律思想史中,朴素唯物主义、辩证法和无神论较早地走上了统治地位,因此,鬼神思想对中国法律的影响甚为短暂,犹如昙花一现。在这一过程中殷商时期的神权法思想占据了十分重要的地位,在我国法律思想史上留下了弥足珍贵的一笔。
