| 摘 要： | 目前,我国冬季运动项目的优秀运动员的文化素质偏低,在转业面临职业再分配的时候,运动员的文化素质与运动成绩不相协调的矛盾,就明显地暴露出来了。本文通过冬季运动项目的部分优秀运动员的智力状况调查,试图为运动员的培养、管理和职业再分配等工作,提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | At present, the cultural quality of the topnotch sportsmen in winter sports of our country is on the low side. It hasapperantly showed that there is a uncoordinated contradiction between the sportsmen's cultural quality and sports resultswhen they face to be retired form sports career and to be assigned a new profession. In this paper the authors provide it as areference in order to train, administer and assign the sportsmen again through the investigations of some topntoch sports-men's intellectual condition of winter sports. |
