| 摘 要： | 中央电大“开放教育”(本科)公共外语新教材“开放英语”的使用为构建创新的英语导修导学模式提供了基础平台。本文就开放学员自身特点阐述了构建创新的“开放英语”导修导学模式的心理理论基础．语言理论基础．同时就构建创新的导修导学模式方法作了探讨并提出了可操作的具体做法。
