| 摘 要： | 导游是湖州旅游业的生力军，目前湖州导游人员在数量与服务质量方面，同周边城市相比较还存在很大的差距，为此应采取规范湖州旅游市场，增加导游收入，加强导游培养与培训，发挥导游行业协会的作用，设立导游服务中心等措施来提高导游综合索质，确保湖州旅游业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Tourism guides is the main force of Huzhou tourism, However, the quality and quantity of Huzhou tourism guides are less than other cities of the Yangtze Delta, so Huzhou tourism guides are confronted with great challenges and opportunities. By analyzing the situations and reasons of huzhou tourism guides. The paper discusses the strategies to solve these problems and gives the theoretical evidence for Huzhou tourism development. |
