| Abstract: | With the reform and development of higher education,the position of the construction of administrative ranks in the existence and development of colleges or universities is day by day paid attention to.The administrative ranks are bearing scientific organization and utilization of resources of colleges or universities in order to realize the task of running school.Weak administration is weak point to limit the level and effect of running higher specialized professional colleges.It can be seen that the present situation of the ranks is so worried that they should be eagerly strengthened. |
