太极拳对老年人的健身功效研究述评

摘    要:20世纪50年代以来,全球逐步出现人口老龄化现象。我国是世界上最大的发展中国家,人口老龄化现象日趋明显。太极拳是中华民族传统武术项目,是我国民族体育中最具代表性的健身运动之一。它集健身、娱乐、技击于一体,对健体强身,延缓衰老,延年益寿等有着奇特的功效。通过习练太极拳对老年人运动系统、大脑中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、免疫系统、微循环系统和心理健康等方面进行研究,旨在让更多的老年人进一步认识太极拳,并积极的投身于从事太极拳的运动中去,促进太极拳在我国老年人群中更加广泛的开展,促进我国老年人口健康水平的提高。

Abstract:Since 1950s, the phenomenon of population aging has been appeared all over the word. China is the biggestdeveloping country on the earth, the aging population is gradually obvious. Taijiquan is one part of Chinese Wushu, andis also one form of most representative and traditional sports. It has the function of keeping fitness, recreation andfighting, and it has the fancy effects on keeping fitness, delaying decrepitude and prolonging life span. According toinvestigating the practicing effects of Taijiquan among senior people's motion system, neural system, cardiovascularsystem, respiratory system, digestive system, immune system, micro- circulation system and mental health, the aim of thepaper is to help the old understand more about Taijiquan and let them practice Taijiquan more often, which is helpful toadvance the development of Taijiquan and increase the level of Chinese senior people'shealth.
