摘    要:教师承担教书育人的职责,教书和育人是密不可分的同一过程的两个方面,必须正确理解教书与育人的关系,全面完成教师的任务与职责。然而,在教学实践中,重“教书”而轻“育人”的现象依然比较普遍。教学实践中育人功能缺失的原因主要有:教书与育人关系的误读,奖励与惩罚的滥用,教师角色期待难以有效整合。对此,正确认识教书与育人的关系,发展教师个人教育哲学,提高以育人为价值导向的教学能力是实现教学中育人功能的主要途径。

Abstract:Teacher′s responsibility is teaching and educating.Teaching and educating are two aspects in one process inseparablly,therefore it is necessary to understand the relationship between teaching and educating to fulfill responsibilities of teachers.However,the phenomenon that teachers emphasize on teaching and ignore educating is still relatively common in teaching practice.There are three main reasons for the lack of educational function: misreading of the relationship between teaching and educating person;misuse of reward and punishment;invalid integration of expectations of teachers’ role.This paper puts forward some strategies to achieve educational function: correctly understand the relationship between teaching and educating,develop teachers’ personal philosophy of education,and improve teaching ability of educating.
