| 摘 要： | 核心能力是企业取得和保持长期竞争优势的源泉。在构建起核心能力后，企业需要通过核心能力的扩散来最大限度地为企业创造竞争优势。本文首先对企业核心能力扩散的含义及意义进行了分析，然后阐释了企业核心能力扩散的形式及途径，最后指出了在企业核心能力扩散过程中企业需要注意的四点问题。

| Abstract: | The core competence is the source of the continuous competitive advantages of the corporations. After construction of the core competence, the corporation should diffuse its core competence so as to obtain the continuous competitive advantages. This paper firstly discusses the meaning and significance of the core competence diffusion, then analyses the forms and paths of the core competence diffusion. Finally, the paper puts forwards four problems that the corporation should pay attention to when diffusing the core competence. |
