摘    要:本文针对目前食品科学与工程专业人才培养中存在的各种问题,结合社会需要和学校发展实际,以“大工程观”为指导,重点突出工程教育,在优化人才培养方案、加强课程体系建设、强化实践教学平台、密切校企合作等方面进行了一系列改革与实践,从而使得人才培养质量得到显著提升.

Abstract:In order to adapt to the reality of school development and social needs and solve various problems in the talents training of Food science and Engineering major,engineering education is being highlighted from the view of "Large-scale Engineering". We have carried out a reform to optimize the talents training program,reconstruct the curriculum,and strengthen practice teaching and the university-enterprise cooperation. As a result,the quality of talents training has been improved significantly.
