| 摘 要： | 对当前湖南省普通高校本科专业的学科门类分布、专业种类设置、专业布点以及五年来专业调整情况的统计分析表明,本科专业结构存在着专业设置过于集中、偏于盲目以及专业调整滞后的问题。针对这些问题,教育行政部门应做好顶层设计,加强宏观统筹,构建和完善专业设置相关机制,统筹完善专业区域布局,强化专业建设质量保障。高校应加强全链条统筹,坚持整体优化与特色发展、自主办学与自律发展、人才培养基本要求与市场导向相结合,完善专业动态调整。各部门及行业企业应积极配合,推动高校形成联动机制,共同推进湖南省普通本科高校专业机构的优化。

| Abstract: | The structural problem of current undergraduate majors at colleges and universities in Hunan Province is the ultra-concentrated,indiscriminate and lagged adjusted major arrangement,after analyzing the undergraduate major statistics.To solve the problem,the government should improve the toplayerdesignand?the?master?plan by perfecting the major arrange mechanisms and regional major distribution,strengthening the major quality assurance;colleges and universities should perfect the dynamic adjustment based on the principles of combining unitary improvement and characterized development,autonomous running and self-discipline development,and baseline and marked forces of talent training;and all circles of society should cooperate with government and colleges to arrive at a structural optimization of undergraduate majors. |
