摘    要:高职两年制改革的实质是引领高职院校与本科院校“错位发展”,确立以就业为导向的科学办学定位,促进高职人才培养模式的根本性转变。文章着眼核心竞争力理论视角,侧重从人才异质性、技能独特性和用户价值性三大定位层面,探讨高职“3改2”的独特内涵和核心竞争优势,以构建高职差异化发展的战略思维,探寻高职两年制改革现实途径。

Abstract:This thesis argues that the two-year higher vocational education reform takes the initiatives to stagger development with four-year colleges and universities.Job oriented,the two-year vocational education determines to propel the fundamental transformation of higher vocational talents training mode.The thesis explores the connotation and core competitive strength of "3 to 2" higher vocational education reform,and discusses ways to reform two-year system in higher vocational education.
