| 摘 要： | 超市对中国零售业来说是最大舶来品。近年来，随着国外大型零售商的大批进入，被零售商称之为“国际惯例”的超市通道费激化了供应商和零售商的矛盾，关于通道费如何规制的争论也日益激烈。目前学者多主张运用反不正当竞争法和反垄断法的原理进行规制，而这两方面均有其不可避免的局限性，尤其在我国。因此需要突破传统思维，寻找新的规制方法。

| Abstract: | Supermarkets in China are the largest imports in recent years.With a large number of large foreign retailers' entering,slotting allowance which is called as "international practice" aggravated the conflict between suppliers and retailers,and the controversy over the issues on how to regulate slotting allowance is increasingly fierce.Currently many scholars advocate regulating it from the angle of opposing unfair competition and anti-monopoly law,but both of them have their inevitable flaws,especially in our country.We should set aside traditional thinking and seek for new methods. |
