| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对东南沿海地区中学健美操课程学生需求状况、开设状况、教学状况、师资状况及场地器材状况进行调研. 结果表明:东南沿海地区中学健美操课是中学生比较喜爱的体育课程,且具有一定的基础,但存在明显的不均衡性,即具有课程开设的地域分布不均衡、师资力量分配不均衡(总体情况、年龄、性别比、学历等不均衡)、教学规划不均衡(教学目标与教学形式、课时分配、年级分配、教材和教学内容、教学对象性别等不均衡)、教学条件不均衡(场馆器材、学校重视程度等不均衡)等态势.并分析了这种不均衡产生的主要原因:人们认识不足,师资水平不高,场地、器材不足,训练竞赛缺乏,有关部门不够重视等限制了东南沿海地区中学健美操运动的普及与提高,提出了改进的建议与对策.

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the situation of the needs,opening,teaching, teachers,training fields and equipments of the aerobics courses opened in the middle schools in southeast coast regions,by using various research methods such as documentary review,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis,and statistic analysis.Here are the findings: aerobics is popular among middle school students and has some foundation in southeast coast regions.However,the situation is obviously unbalanced: Distribution areas are unbalanced;Teachers' allocations are unbalanced(age,gender,education,etc.);Course planning is unbalanced(course opening,teaching hours allotment,grade arrangement,textbooks,teaching materials and the gender of the teaching object,etc);Teaching conditions are unbalanced(training field and equipment,attention given by the school authorities,etc.).But due to the poor teaching resources,insufficient training field and equipment,and the lack of competition,Aerobics has not been opened in the middle schools to a great extent.This paper further proposes some suggestions to better this situation. |
