| 摘 要： | 对男子400m个人混合泳运动员各分段成绩研究发现:第1段游速最快,第6段游速最慢,第4段出现途中游加速即1加现象,这是运动员在第1段快速加速后身体适应性调整的必然结果。主成分提供的第23、段、第4段和第8段信息是全程速度变化研究的重点,第8段冲刺能力受前7段制约,因此,体能研究重点更多是对第23、段和第4段分配合理性的分析,第1段的游速对全程体能分配具有至关重要的作用。
