| 摘 要： | 建立现代大学制度,其前提是必须对影响现代大学制度的政治、经济、科技、文化及社会环境等外部因素加以研究。本文在对此进行研究的基础上,对影响现代大学制度的外部因素提出了一些改革的建议。
