| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，对多元化全民健身服务模式进行了初步探讨，研究认为：公共体育产品和服务在安排、生产和供给上是可分的，政府是公共体育产品和服务的主要组织和安排者，应建立多元化的筹资机制和多主体的供给主体；多元化全民健身服务主要存在公共服务模式和市场服务模式两种基本模式；多元化全民健身服务体系中以政府公共服务模式为主导，多种供给形式并存；并探讨了政府在多元化服务模式中的作用和主要职责。

| Abstract: | This article makes an initial exploration on diversity of national fitness system model by using the method of literature review and logical analysis.The result indicates that public sports and services can be divided in arrangements,production and supply.The government should set up diverse funding mechanisms and multi-agent supply object,governmentplays an important role in the organization and arrangement of the public sportsproducts and services.There are two basic models of the diverse national fitness service: public service model and market service model.In the diverse national fitness servicesystem,the main part is the government′s public service model,coexisting with multiple forms of supply.Based on it,the government′s role and main obligation in the diverse service model is discussed. |
