| 摘 要： | 生态城镇体系是生态文明、绿色湖南建设的生动体现。建设生态城镇体系是未来城市发展不可阻挡的趋势,有利于城乡均衡协调发展,有利于经济快速健康发展,有利于人民生活质量提高。在建设洞庭湖区生态城镇体系的过程中,要坚持有别于传统发展的战略定位,具体来说就是要突出发展核心城市,加快发展区域中心城市,积极发展小城市和小县城,有所侧重地发展小城镇。产业发展作为支撑洞庭湖区生态城镇体系建设的基石,可以从战略合作、政策扶持、先进技术、特色产业等方面提升产业水平,为生态城镇体系建设提供持久的动力。

| Abstract: | The ecological cities and towns system is vivid expression of ecological civilization and construction of green Hunan.The construction of ecological cities and towns system is the unstoppable trend of the future urban develop,it will be helpful for the coordinated development of urban and rural equilibrium and beneficial to the healthy and rapid development of economy and people’s life quality.In the construction of the ecological urban system of Dongting Lake Area,we should insist on development strategy different from the traditional position,specifically is to give priority to the development of core cities,to speed up the development of region key city,the positive development of small city and county,the stress of small towns develop.Industry development is a support cornerstone for the construction of ecological cities and towns system in Dongting Lake Area,we should promote industrial level from the strategic cooperation,policy support,advanced technology,characteristic industries for the enduring power of the construction of ecological cities and towns system. |
