| 摘 要： | 在界定职业体育俱乐部和公司治理结构基本范畴的基础上,分析了我国职业体育俱乐部的所有制特征和公司治理结构理论基础和实践依据。在此基础上,从俱乐部内部治理结构和外部治理结构角度出发,分析归纳了俱乐部治理结构及存在的问题,并提出了完善俱乐部的公司治理结构模式。结论:我国职业体育俱乐部公司治理结构是一种政府主导型的治理模式,深受"路径依赖"、产权制度以及法律政策等因素的影响。未来俱乐部治理结构选择的方向应该是动态的,其基本发展逻辑是从单一的国有产权向多元混合产权转变,并通过市场竞争的方式逐渐实现。

| Abstract: | On the basis of defining the basic category of professional sports clubs and company administration structure,this article analyzes the ownership characteristics of Chinese professional sports clubs and theoretical foundation and practice reference of company administration structure.Furthermore,it analyzes and summaries the club administration structure and its existing problems,puts forward the mode of perfecting clubs'company administration structure.The conclusion is that the company administration structure of Chinese professional sports clubs is a kind of administration mode dominated by government and is affected by "path-depended" and property right system and laws and policies and so on.The choosing direction of future club administration structure should be dynamic,and its basic development change from single national property right to pluralistic and omnibus property right in logic and be realized by the mode of market competition gradually. |
