| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化和网络信息时代的到来,产业集群在国内外区域经济发展实践中,已经被证明对经济发展起重要推动力的战略模式,吉林省资源型城市培育产业集群刚刚处于起步阶段,由于面临着许多的障碍,导致吉林省产业集群效应较低,要解决这些问题必须遵循产业集群的选择培养以＂内生＂为主,＂外生＂为辅的模式,转变观念,抓住机遇,增强联系,推进吉林省产业集群的形成与升级。
