| 摘 要： | With the development of the society, there are new demands for higher education system. Sometimes these demands may affect the concept of institutional operation, thereby affects the developing process of universities. For the reason of social factors such as employment pressure and the concept of employers, some tendencies such as treating universities as vocational training in- stitution and universities ignoring their social imperatives in order to meet the needs of society come up. In order to meet the actual needs of universities＇ healthy development and manpower requirements, it is necessary to build up continuing education mechanism on which the employers play an important role. Only social roles fulfill their duties, can our education develop healthily and higher education improve continuously.
