| Abstract: | By applying the basic theories and principles of the civil law and the real right, the article presents a discussion of the domestic actuality regarding the priority of being repaid in construction projects in view of its legal character, effectiveness and realization. Moreover, it offers some helpful resolution, judgment as well as suggestions of legislation in order to perfect the legal system within the field for the sake of healthy development of real estate market. |
