高校个性化就业指导与学生就业满意度分析——以扬州大学旅游烹饪学院为例

摘    要:高校传统的就业指导因其基于工作本位的设计.相对忽视大学生的个体差异和个性化需求,缺少对大学生就业素质形成过程的连续关注,表现为鲜明的临时性、救急性和功利性特点.在目标指向、工作内容和方式方法上难以满足毕业生的就业需要.本文运用科学的方法搜集信息并进行分析,就高校个性化就业指导的基本内涵及其实现路径进行了初步地探讨,发现只有通过个性化就业指导才能提高学生就业满意度,稳步推进就业工作.
