| 摘 要： | 抗战前后,在诸多因素的促使下,国民政府对西北的农田水利建设给予了高度重视。因而,西北的农田水利建设也进入了高潮。这一时期,不仅修建了许多新兴的大型灌溉工程,而且对旧有的渠道也进行了疏浚和整修。同时,还因地制宜,开发、推广了一系列小型灌溉工程,如凿井、造水车、修挖坎儿井等。抗战前后西北各项农田水利灌溉工程的兴修在当时具有非常重要的作用和历史意义,对今日农田水利的发展也有极大的借鉴作用。
