长株潭城市群企业高技能人才培养现状分析

摘    要:长株潭城市群企业高技能人才培养资源丰富,但利用率不高。企业培训项目主要有上岗培训、新技术培训、新设备培训、晋级培训、出国培训等,高技能人才得到培训机会并不均等。自办、委托、参与院校培养,自办或委托培训机构培训,岗位培训、名师带徒、技能竞赛、岗位轮换等是主要的培养方式。长株潭城市群高技能人才成长激励有限,但效果明显。高技能人才培养环境得到很大优化,但离现实需要还有很大距离。

Abstract:The resources for the cultivation of the enterprise high-skilled talents in city group of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is rich but the utilization rate is not high,the training programs of the enterprise are job training,new technology training,new equipment training,promotion training,overseas training,the training opportunities of highly skilled talent are inequality;the self-management,commission,participation in the university training,the training by training institutions self-management or commission...
