| 摘 要： | 大学生榜样教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容之一。当前,大学生社会化程度的不断提高,要求大学生榜样教育必须转变理念,走社会化道路。大学生榜样教育社会化因为主客体多样性和环境的复杂性,急需从中央、地方和高校三个层面建立制度规范,确保大学生榜样教育社会化方向明确、资源整合,实效突出。
