论学校管理变革的思维方式转变

摘    要:学校变革是面对真实的问题、阻力而采取的行动,而行动需要思维方式的指导,行动的转变也源于思维方式的转变。学校管理变革作为学校变革这个“语境”的一个部分或是一个方面,它不是孤立于这个“语境”,而是与这个“语境”的其他方面相关联、影响的,这是言说学校管理变革的背景。学校管理变革是对如此存在的学校管理进行认识的基础上展开的战略行动。文章试图探讨支撑这个战略行动的思维方式问题。

Abstract:School reforming is the reaction to the problems and the resistances of the real school life. The action needs the guide of way of thinking, and we know that the transform of action is also from the thinking - way. School administration reform as one aspect of school reform, it isn' t isolated from but connected with it and influenced each other. And this is our context of discuss. School administration reform is a series of strategic actions based on this. And we want to explore the thinking - ways which support the strategic actions in this paper.
