| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校田径短跑运动员的实际,论述了"技术训练"在提高运动员专项素质与专项成绩过程中的重要性及理论依据。实验结果显示,10名受试者的专项素质与专项成绩均有较大幅度的提高。

Special Technical Trainings of Sprinters in Higher Schools |

| Abstract: | In light of the present practice of sprinters in higher schools, the paper attempts to discuss the importance and theoretical basis of technical trainings in the course of improving special qualities and remarks. The experimental results indicate that the special qualities and remarks of ten subjects have a great deal of progresses. |
