基于教研工作特点的教研员专业发展

摘    要:在认识教研工作特点的基础上探讨教研员的专业发展不失为一条教研员专业发展研究的新思路。教研工作具有中介性、频繁性、多变性、选择性、群体性、模糊性等特点。在此基础上,文章从有效教研和教师需要两个角度探讨了它们对教研员专业发展的要求,最后提出了教研员专业发展应处理好的若干复杂关系问题。

Abstract:It is a new way to study the professional development of the teaching fellows based on their working characters that are medium,frequency,changeable,choice,collective,and vague.The requirement for their professional development is studied from the angle of efficient teaching research and teachers.Some complicated issues that should be dealt with are suggested to solve.
