| 摘 要： | 辛亥革命结束了中国两千多年的封建统治，但辛亥革命的胜利果实不久被袁世凯吞食。以袁世凯为首的反动势力在全国范围内实行残暴的专制统治，民怨四起，国内“反袁”的呼声此起彼伏。开封报业走到了河南“反袁”队伍的最前列，相继出现的《大中民报》、《自由报》、《开封民立报》等，与袁氏集团的河南反动势力展开了顽强抗争。与此同时，《河声日报》、《时事豫报》等却站在了革命的对立面，为袁氏的专制复辟摇旗呐喊。1913年7月，袁世凯宣布国民党为非法政党，国民党报刊和其它进步报刊均遭遇了有史以来最严重的破坏，史称“癸丑报灾”。自此，袁氏集团把持河南数年，开封少有报刊出版。

| Abstract: | The Revolution of 1911 ends up the 2000 years＇ feudal ruling in china, but the fruits of the victory of this historic event were seized by Yuan Shikai. He carried out a tyranny all over the country. With popular discontent widespread, the voice of A nti-Yuan was all over the country. Meanwhile, Kaifeng newspapering took the lead of the Anti-Yuan＇s rank with Da Zhong Min Bao, Zi You Bao, Kaifeng Min Li Bao and some other progressive newspaper were published one by one at that time in Henan fighting against the Yuan＇s reactionary force bravely. But some other press, such as He Sheng Daily, Shi Shi Yu Bao ere stood the very opposite of revolution, and spoke for Yuan＇s tyranny and restoration. In July 1913, Yuan Shikai declared Nationalists as illegal party. Nationalists and some progressive press experienced the most seriously destruction in history, which was well-known as Gui Chou Bao Zai. Since then, Kaifeng had hardly newspapers published when Yuan＇s force seized Henan. |
