| 摘 要： | 师德师风在教育教学工作中对提高教学质量、激励学生奋进、潜移默化影响学生、促进学生健康成长等起重要的作用。高等学校深入开展的创先争优活动，是进一步加强学校基层党组织和党员队伍建设的有效载体，可以有效促进师德师风建设，提高教育教学质量。因此，必须通过开展一系列的创先争优活动，有效带动师德师风建设。

| Abstract: | In education,ethics oI the teachers and their working styles plays an important role m HnprowHg the teaching quality, stimulating students＂ progress, exerting influence on students, enhancing their healthy development and so on. The activities launched by colleges and universities to compete for excellence is an effective carrier to further strengthen colleges＇ grass-root Party organization and the construction of the Party members. It can effec- tively promote the construction of the ethics of teachers, and improve teaching quality. So,we must carry out a series of such activities to help its construction. |
