| Abstract: | Luanxian County is located in the Luanhe River Basin, and people in Luanxian County have created a splendid Luanxian County culture. The Luanxian County culture has such characteristics as essentiality, compatibility, openness and innovation. It has guided the development of the Luanhe River culture over a long period of time and has an extremely important position in the cultural history of China. |
