校园文化传播的道德把握

摘    要:校园文化传播在过程、结果、实质、目的体现上有其自身的特点。因互动缺失、心理隔阂、自私传授和受传麻木所致的校园文化传播障碍,既不利于师生进行文化认知和改进,也会影响校园文化的正常发展。而对合作、理解、诚信及尊知等道德的遵循,是克服校园文化传播障碍、把握好校园文化传播的真实方略。

Abstract:Campus culture propagation has its features in process, result, accurence and aim. Some propagation blocks due to lacking mutual propagation, having psychological estrangement, imparting culture selfishly and receiving culture insensitively will affect teachers and students to cognize and improve culture and hinder the culture development. To follow some moralities such as cooperating, understanding, being sincere and convinced and respecting the knowledge can help teachers and students overcome those blocks and master propagation.
