| 摘 要： | 刘翔雅典奥运会摘金和洛桑大奖赛刷新世界纪录的精彩演绎,给世人留下了太多的思考。在分析刘翔成功经验的同时,提出了充分利用竞技体育举国体制的优势、加强对跳跃运动员的心理选材、树立新的训练理念、确立跳跃项目发展走国际化道路的指导思想、探求跳跃项目的突破口、重视运动训练的科学研究等诸多启示,探讨我国跳跃项目的发展之路,希望我国跳跃项目运动健儿在北京奥运会上有所突破。

| Abstract: | The consideration of Liu Xiang's championship at Athens Olympic Games and breaking the world record in Luosang Grand Prix's brilliant deduction gives us so much.The paper analyzed Liu Xiang's successful experience and put forward some inspiration,for example,to take full advantage of the superiority of state system,strengthen mental selection of jump's athletes,build up new training conception,establish international guiding idea of jump,research on the breakthrough point of jump and attach importance to the scientific research of training.The paper not only explored the development road of our country's jump,but also sincerely hope that jump's athletes of China can get advance at Beijing Olympic Games. |
