| 摘 要： | 小学英语教学对学生整个义务教育阶段乃至今后的英语学习来说都是至关重要的,而小学英语教师的素质和能力对小学英语教学起着决定性的作用。文章对襄阳市目前的小学英语教师的现状进行了分析,找出了造成这种现象的原因,并对如何培养合格的小学英语教师提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The primary school English teaching is crucial for the entire compulsory education and even the future further English learning.The quality and capacity of the teachers plays a decisive role in primary school English teaching.This paper analyses the status quo of the current primary school English teachers in Xiangyang city,finds out the reasons and makes recommendations on how to train qualified primary school English teachers. |
