| 摘 要： | 中职生大多处于身心快速成长的青春期,作为一个特殊群体,他们普遍存在一些心理问题。中职生教育管理必须认真研究学生身心发展的特点及规律,通过构建良好的工作机制、打造得力的工作队伍、营造有利于学生成长的环境、学校教育与家庭教育有机结合,才能不断提高管理成效。

| Abstract: | Secondary vocational students are mostly in adolescence when they grow rapidly in terms of mind and body.As a special group,they generally have some psychological problems.Education management of secondary vocational students must make a careful research on their physical and psychological characteristics.Only by building a good working mechanism,making a competent work team,creating an environment conducive to student growth,combining school education and family education can we constantly improve the effectiveness of management. |
